We utilize Continuous Monitor Sun Nuclear analytical devices for precise radon testing. Each year, we calibrate our testing equipment in certified laboratories to ensure accuracy. We strictly adhere to the ANSI-AARST MAH Protocol for Conducting Measurements of Radon and Radon Decay Products in Homes, along with other NRPP and EPA-approved standards, to ensure the highest accuracy in radon testing and mitigation. Our process follows EPA 402-R-92-003 and ANSI/AARST MAH-2019 for residential radon testing, as well as ANSI/AARST MAMF-2022 and MANSI-2023 for testing in multifamily homes, schools, and large buildings. For radon mitigation, we comply with ANSI/AARST RMS-HF-2017 for single-family homes, RMS-MF-2020 for multifamily buildings, and RMS-LB-2020 for large structures. These protocols ensure that our radon measurement and mitigation services meet the highest standards for efficiency, safety, and long-term effectiveness.

Our Testing Process:

• Short-Term Testing (48 hours): We conduct continuous radon gas monitoring under closed building conditions to quickly determine if a radon hazard is present.
• Testing Location: The technician will test for radon gas in the lowest potentially occupiable level of your home. If this space is currently unfinished but could be used as a work area, playroom, or future bedroom, testing will still be performed in that area.
