Radon Remediation Cost
Exterior Fan Cover Upgrade – $160.00
This option is an aesthetic upgrade hiding the radon fan from view as well as providing protection from the elements or accidental damage. To clarify, Manufactured in durable, paintable ABS plastic material. Installed in white only, may be painted by homeowner to match building exterior.
Color Downspout Upgrade – $199.00
This option integrates the look of your radon mitigation system by replacing the standard 4″ pvc venting with attractive aluminum downspout. Moreover, we offer this option in a variety of colors that coordinate with the existing gutters on most homes.
Garage Attic Upgrade – $399.00
This option ensures that the radon mitigation system is almost completely hidden. For instance, in most cases, an interior system begins in the basement, comes into the garage and is routed through the garage attic. The mitigation fan is mounted in the attic area the system vents through the roof of the garage.
Second Collection Point – $350.00
Adding a second collection point to your radon mitigation system will increase the negative pressure field under the home. Therefore, it will create a larger drawing area.

Passive radon system can be activated to reduce radon level by installing in-line fan.

- Radon collection chamber created in functionally optimal location. Existing sump basin may be used as a collection chamber
- 3″ or 4″ PVC vent pipe installed into chamber and sealed into place
- Vent piping exits basement to home exterior via foundation penetration
- Energy efficient radon mitigation fan mounted to system outside home
- Fan activated via connection to existing power source
- Extend discharge stack from fan to a safe discharge location, above the roof
- Pressure gauge installed on system to monitor and display fan vacuum pressure.
- Fan is covered by manufacturer’s five-year warrant
- RadonAway Radon Pro Sealant: Professional grade polyurethane sealant will be used to seal/ caulk crack and gaps
